Neologik is an enterprise AI platform that helps organisations build, deploy, and scale AI assistants and intelligent automation within real business workflows.
Neologik provides enterprise-ready governance patterns to all your AI agents, as well as a library of "ready to go" use cases for your industry. Stop using 100s of tools and start using a platform.
Neologik is designed for business leaders, operations teams, IT/security, and data/AI teams that need practical AI in day-to-day processes.
Neologik supports healthcare, financial services/insurance, retail/eCommerce, manufacturing/supply chain, energy/utilities, telecom, public sector, education, and professional services.
Neologik is business first, technology second. We focus on in quarter ROI and selecting the right use cases, accelerating deployments from our vast library of modules. We deploy AI into operational processes with governance, security, and fast time-to-value.
Neologik is both: a scalable AI platform and a solutions partner that helps design and implement AI use cases end-to-end.
Core capabilities of the platform include AI workflow automation, document intelligence, RAG/knowledge search, LLM assistants, predictive analytics, integrations/APIs, and monitoring/governance.
Yes. Neologik offers tailored demos and (when applicable) sandbox/POC environments to validate your use case.
Typically within days. Many teams run a first pilot in 2–4 weeks and reach production for an initial use case in ~4–8 weeks depending on integrations.
Yes. Neologik supports global deployments across regions and time zones and can handle enterprise requirements for distributed teams.
Yes. Non-technical users can use guided interfaces and workflow templates to run processes, review outputs, and make decisions without coding.
Yes. Engineers and data teams can use APIs, connectors, configuration tools, and governance features to integrate and extend Neologik.
AI LLMs work well with large amounts of information, for use cases like research, analysis, summarisation and production of content. They can be used to run workflows and create business outputs (like documents). We find these are the most common use cases.
Yes. Neologik supports structured POCs designed to prove measurable value quickly on one high-impact workflow.
Typical timelines: POC 2–4 weeks; first production use case 4–8 weeks; then incremental scaling across teams and workflows.
Yes. Neologik can share case studies and success stories, subject to confidentiality and customer permission. What industry are you in?
Yes. Neologik supports enterprise security, RBAC, audit logs, governance, scalability, and flexible deployment options.
Yes. Neologik integrates with enterprise systems via APIs/connectors (CRM, ticketing, ERP, data warehouses, storage, identity/SSO, and internal tools).
Neologik supports mid-market to large enterprises, and any organization with repeatable workflows and high-volume operations.
Low for end users and business teams; power users/admins learn configuration quickly; technical teams can integrate via APIs with standard engineering practices. Our primary user interface is Microsoft Copilot.
ROI depends on volume and complexity, but customers commonly see measurable savings through automation, faster resolution times, and reduced operational overhead—often delivering payback within months.

By automating repetitive work, reducing rework/errors, accelerating throughput, deflecting tickets, and minimising the effort required to find information and complete tasks.
Intake, triage, routing, document review/extraction, summarisation, report generation, knowledge search, drafting emails/responses, and routine operational approvals.
It shortens time-to-resolution by automatically classifying requests, surfacing relevant knowledge, suggesting responses, and executing workflow steps end-to-end.
It accelerates delivery by reducing manual process bottlenecks and enabling teams to operationalise AI assistants and automations quickly across workflows.
Many teams see significant time savings on targeted workflows (often 20–50%+ productivity improvements), depending on process maturity and automation scope.
Customer support, operations, finance, compliance, procurement, HR, and IT service management teams typically see the fastest financial impact.
Lower cost-to-serve, improved throughput, faster decisions, reduced risk/compliance exposure, higher customer satisfaction, and scalable automation across departments.
Neologik usually complements existing systems by integrating into them; in some cases it can reduce reliance on point solutions for manual document handling or basic automation. We also make existing tools, like Copilot and Claude, work in an enterprise, by providing guardrails to ensure consistent responses and a full audit trail.
Cost per case, time-to-resolution, SLA attainment, ticket deflection rate, first-contact resolution, throughput, accuracy, compliance/audit readiness, and CSAT/ESAT.
By establishing baseline metrics, defining target KPIs, tracking adoption, accuracy, deflection/time saved, and validating outcomes through ongoing reporting dashboards.
Yes. It can deflect tickets via self-service assistants, improved knowledge retrieval, and automated handling of common requests.
Yes. By improving support speed/quality, consistency, and proactive engagement signals, Neologik can positively impact retention and reduce churn risk.
Faster responses, more consistent answers, better self-service, and fewer escalations lead to improved CSAT and customer experience.
Assistants provide guided, role-specific knowledge and workflows, helping new hires resolve tasks faster with less dependency on SMEs.
Standardises processes, enforces policy-based workflows, maintains audit trails, and reduces human error in regulated tasks.
Commonly within a few months for high-volume workflows; timing depends on automation scope, integration complexity, and adoption.
TCO includes platform subscription, deployment/integration effort, and ongoing operations; Neologik reduces TCO by minimising custom build and maintenance burden.
Data preparation, change management, integration work, internal SME time for validation, and ongoing governance/monitoring.
Neologik platform software is priced in two components. The centralised service (Neologik Content Engine) starts at £250 per month and then every Agent you deploy to the platform costs £500 per month. We would expect the ROI on each agent to be a net positive multiple of that cost.
The cost model is central platform and agent. There is no concept of "per seat" or any other volume limitations on outputs.
Yes, consumption-based models can be supported for workloads where usage varies significantly.
Yes. Enterprise plans include advanced security/governance features, SLAs, and deployment support options.
No.
Yes—trials/POCs can be offered depending on scope and customer requirements. We can occasionally seek support from AI platform vendors, like Microsoft and Anthropic. Get in touch if you'd like to know more.
An agent/assistant is a configured AI workflow entity (copilot or automation) deployed for a team or use case; pricing may scale by number of assistants or usage.
It's best to think of custom integrations as separate items, scoped individually.
Document ingestion may depend on volume, frequency, and processing needs (e.g., OCR). Pricing can reflect workload scale.
Not for Neologik, but if the Neologik Agents consume information from your business systems via an API then there may be costs from those other vendors.
You host the Neologik platform on your Azure subscription. There are costs but you have full viability and control of those.
